Draft of 27/10/2026, to be reviewed before launch.
Pilotrake terms of use
A few lines, in plain words: what Pilotrake does and what the pilot does.
Pilotrake is a platform of tools
Pilotrake gives drone pilots the tools to find and follow up the clients in their area: the portfolio of businesses, the agenda, the public showcase, client requests. Along with the tools we share some advice on how to work well.
The pilot works independently
The pilot is an independent professional. They contact businesses in their own name, decide how to work and are responsible for it, including their country's rules on sales calls and privacy.
The «How to contact businesses» page in the panel has our advice and links to the rules of the countries we know.
Client relationships belong to the pilot
Pilotrake and Dronetrake are not party to the relationship between the pilot and their clients: agreements, prices, jobs and payments are between them. We take no percentage on the pilot's jobs.
Where the data comes from
Portfolio businesses come from public sources, first of all OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence), with the source and date of each item. The pilot can correct them and add their own.
If a business asks not to be contacted again, the pilot marks it on the card, so colleagues who receive it later know too.
Reports
Businesses can write to us at any time through the contact form. We read every message; reports and complaints from businesses may lead to the suspension of the pilot's account.
Business and place data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
